  • PROPOSED DEFICIENCY CORRECTIONS FORMALLY ACCEPTED AS SUBMITTED

  • EXTRAORDINARY TIME DEFICIENCY CORRECTION REQUESTS FORMALLY GRANTED OR DENIED

  • SUBMITTED DEFICIENCIES FORMALLY DEEMED "CORRECTED" OR NOT

  • PETITION TO AMEND APPLICATION DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES FORMALLY GRANTED OR

  • ALL PROPERLY FILED AND CORRECTED APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED AS FINAL AND DEEMED "SUBMITTED"
